Peak3 Launches Graphene v4 and AI Delivery System for Insurers
Peak3 launches Graphene v4 and Graphene Harness, the company said in a press release. Graphene v4 adds a model agnostic platform for building, running, monitoring and governing AI agents for insurance tasks.
It includes a marketplace of pre built agents for tasks such as medical underwriting, conversational first notice of loss, intelligent document processing and claims fraud detection. Insurers can also use natural language prompts and unstructured documents to configure products, calculations and rules. Graphene exposes its capabilities to agents through APIs, MCP and CLI, with access management, attribution and detailed logging enforced at code level, and can also run as a middle layer between AI agents and an insurer's existing systems of record.
Graphene Harness uses agent teams acting as digital twins of delivery roles, including business analyst, architect, engineer, tester and reviewer, to build, test, migrate and maintain insurance systems. Peak3 says it already builds and maintains Graphene itself this way. Peak3 is providing it to selected implementation partners and plans to make it available to clients within 6 to 12 months. The company says deployments have reduced feature delivery and core system implementation costs by 50%.
