Pearson Acquires Internet Testing Systems
Pearson acquired Internet Testing Systems on September 18, 2026, the company said in a press release. The Baltimore based company provides technology for managing, delivering and reporting assessment programs.
Internet Testing Systems offers remote testing and proctoring, performance based assessment, continuous certification and AI powered assessment tools. It also provides services for secure test delivery, test preparation, certification maintenance and test development.
Internet Testing Systems will join Pearson Professional Assessments. The acquisition follows a longstanding commercial relationship between the companies.
