Penguin Ai Launches Gwen Platform for Healthcare AI Workflows
Healthcare AI company Penguin Ai has launched Gwen, a build-your-own AI platform that enables healthcare organizations to design, deploy, and scale digital workers across administrative workflows announced in a press release. The platform allows teams to create governed AI workflows in under 25 minutes without requiring extensive IT support or long-term contracts.
Gwen includes a library of over 100 pre-built digital workers for tasks such as HCC retrospective coding, prior authorization intake, clinical documentation summarization, and eligibility verification. Users can also build new workflows from plain-language prompts using Gwen's Studio tool, which automatically generates containerized applications.
The platform integrates with existing electronic health record systems, payer platforms, and data warehouses through a flexible integration layer that requires no custom engineering. Each AI output in Gwen includes an audit trail and explainability features, ensuring transparency and compliance within healthcare environments.
Penguin Ai stated that Gwen’s governance framework is designed specifically for healthcare data, with safeguards preventing live patient data from entering the system until validation and deployment are complete. The platform is available now at Penguinai.co/Gwen, offering a free tier with no upfront commitment.
