Penguin Ai Launches Revenue Cycle AI Platform
Penguin Ai announces in a press release the launch of Intelligent RCM, an AI platform for healthcare revenue cycle teams. It reviews claims, manages denials and appeals, and identifies underpayments while leaving final approval and submission to specialists.
Before claims are submitted, the platform checks eligibility, authorization, coding, medical necessity, and payer policies. It provides supporting evidence, recommended corrections, and the amount of revenue at risk.
For denied claims, Intelligent RCM identifies root causes, routes cases to correction or appeal workflows, and prioritizes them using recoverable value, deadlines, expected success, and audit risk. Its payment integrity function detects contract and fee schedule variances, displays the calculations behind each finding, and tracks reconciliation through payment.
The platform records activity in audit trails and lets users inspect reference data and queue ranking criteria. Penguin Ai says its multi tenant architecture includes tenant isolation for regulated healthcare operations.
