Per Scholas Launches Paid Salesforce AI Fellowship
Per Scholas announced in a press release a Salesforce AI Fellowship that places selected graduates in paid roles at New York City nonprofits. The eight month fellowships are open to graduates of its four month, no cost Salesforce Administrator training program.
Fellows will use tools from Salesforce, including Agentforce and Prompt Builder, while working on workflow design, data governance, data quality, and nonprofit operations. Participants will receive coaching from Per Scholas, mentoring from Salesforce professionals, professional development, and career placement support after the fellowship.
The pilot includes Workforce Professionals Training Institute, JobsFirstNYC, COOP Careers, Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow, Phipps Neighborhoods, and New Immigrant Community Empowerment. Each nonprofit completes an AI Readiness Assessment with support from Workforce Professionals Training Institute.
