PhyPal Relaunches Patient Engagement Platform With Conversational AI
PhyPal announced in a press release the relaunch of its patient engagement platform with conversational AI and deterministic clinical workflows. The platform connects patient intake, clinical documentation, outcomes tracking, and treatment authorization.
PhyPal uses large language models for patient conversations while structured workflows control information collection and subsequent clinical processes. The platform also supports visit summaries, authorization request preparation, submission, and tracking.
The original technology, called Snapcare, was tested in a randomized controlled trial involving 93 patients and published in the European Spine Journal. More than 1,200 patients have completed intake forms through the platform. PhyPal is now piloting the updated system at a major workers' compensation practice in California.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
