PLACE Agrees to Acquire Ardley for Mortgage Retention Software
PLACE Inc. agrees to acquire Ardley, an AI mortgage retention software provider, the company announced in a press release. Ardley helps mortgage lenders and banks identify opportunities in existing loan portfolios and send prepared loan offers to borrowers.
PLACE plans to connect Ardley's portfolio analysis and targeting software with its mortgage origination and fulfillment services. Ardley already integrates with Maxwell, which PLACE acquired in September 2026, to connect borrower targeting with mortgage application technology.
Ardley will continue serving its existing customers and partners. The acquisition follows PLACE's purchases of Maxwell, Remine, Envoy Mortgage and several divisions from Radian Group.
