Plan A Technologies announced in a press release that it acquired a stealth AI assessment tool to expand its technical M&A due diligence work.

The company evaluates technology platforms for private equity firms, strategic acquirers, enterprise companies, and private investors. The acquired tool adds a proprietary analysis layer for reviewing complex technology environments, including risks, patterns, and issues that standard assessment tools may miss.

Plan A Technologies will use the tool alongside expert interviews, manual code review, architecture analysis, documentation review, and commercial code scanning tools. The company said the tool is intended to help analyze large and fragmented technology ecosystems with more speed and consistency.

Serhii Melnychuk, the tool's creator, joined Plan A Technologies as an architect to lead integration and further development.
