Plume Launches Console for ISP AI Agents
Plume Design announced in a press release the launch of Plume Console, a system for internet service providers to create and manage AI agents. The company introduced the product at Network X in Vienna on October 13.
The console lets teams investigate subscriber issues and direct actions across Plume WiFi, Plume Security, Plume Care and existing business systems. Providers can use agents supplied by Plume, create agents with a builder, or modify them with SQL and templates. Connections through webhooks, APIs and the Model Context Protocol support actions in ticketing, customer relationship management and digital care systems.
Plume says the console uses data from more than 50 million homes, 600 million connected devices and 3,000 profiled applications. Network operations, security, customer care, marketing and developer teams can use the same data to diagnose connectivity problems, quarantine devices, manage support cases and identify campaign opportunities.
