qbiq Launches Agentic SpacePlan for Commercial Floor Planning

qbiq announced in a press release Agentic SpacePlan, an AI planning product for commercial real estate. Architects and designers can create floor plans, test alternatives, and evaluate changes in real time while retaining control over the planning process.

An embedded agent can generate circulation paths, assign functions to spaces, divide or combine zones, and prepare room schedules using live floor plan geometry. Users can control plans through natural language or direct spatial tools, then compare capacity, area allocation, and space efficiency.

A feature called Design Threads stores design discussions, alternatives, and restorable plan snapshots. qbiq said the system draws on anonymized data from tens of thousands of designs verified by architects and hundreds of thousands of rooms. Selected architects, interior designers, and design and build professionals can request early access.
