Qcera Launches Ask Que AI Leave Planner

Ask Que guides employees through federal, state and employer leave options, then sends preliminary plans to HR for review in LeaveSource.

Qcera announced in a press release that its Ask Que AI Leave Planner guides employees through federal, state and employer leave options. Employees can ask questions in natural language and receive a preliminary leave plan based on their circumstances.

The tool covers the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, state paid leave programs and employer policies. Submitted plans flow into Qcera's LeaveSource platform for HR review, and every plan generated by AI requires human review before action is taken.

Qcera said Ask Que recorded nearly 3,650 employee conversations, up 53% over the previous month. The company plans to add more Ask Que features to LeaveSource.
