QEO Insurance Group has partnered with TruckerCloud to integrate real-time telematics data into its underwriting and claims processes, enhancing fleet safety and operational efficiency.

QEO Insurance Group has announced a partnership with TruckerCloud to integrate telematics data into its commercial auto insurance operations. Announced in a press release, this collaboration aims to enhance QEO's underwriting, loss control, and claims management by utilizing TruckerCloud's real-time driving, safety, and fleet performance data analytics.

The integration will allow QEO to incorporate real-time telematics and video data from various provider systems into a unified workflow, improving underwriting accuracy and claims management. This approach is expected to reduce premium shortfalls by verifying vehicle identification numbers (VINs) against live telematics data, thus strengthening underwriting integrity across QEO's fleet portfolio.

Additionally, the partnership will enable QEO to advance loss control and safety measures by using continuous feedback loops and safety score analytics to mitigate risky behaviors before they lead to losses. This strategic move is set to speed up claims management by providing faster, more reliable data to validate events and assess damage, ultimately improving cycle times and reducing uncertainty for both QEO and its policyholders.
