Qualtrics Unveils XM Data & AI Platform for 2027
Qualtrics introduces XM Data & AI, a platform for simulating outcomes, predicting individual behavior, and automating experience management actions, the company announced in a press release. Qualtrics plans to make the platform available in 2027.
The platform will include synthetic data and digital twins for experience simulations, prediction models trained on Qualtrics data, and Experience Agents that act within an organization's rules. Qualtrics says customer data will remain within the organization's environment and will not train shared models. The underlying data includes information collected across 18,000 organizations and health care experience data from Press Ganey Forsta, which Qualtrics acquired for $6.75 billion in May 2026.
Qualtrics also released two capabilities immediately. The Experience Loop Diagnostic Service maps customer lifecycle relationships and identifies data gaps or disconnected systems. Reputation Experience manages business information, ratings, reviews, and responses across services including Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
