Under this agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Quiq's public sector distributor, making Quiq's AI Studio, AI Agents, and AI Contact Center available through various procurement contracts.
The partnership aims to improve citizen and student support and service experiences by leveraging AI agents for process automation across voice and asynchronous channels. This initiative is expected to enhance the service and support U.S. citizens receive, while also reducing overhead costs. Quiq's solutions will be accessible through Carahsoft's reseller partners and several procurement contracts, including NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2).
