Rebellions Secures $250 Million in Series C Funding

The funding round saw participation from strategic partners such as Arm Holdings Plc and Samsung Ventures, along with existing investors like Korea Development Bank and Korelya Capital.
The newly acquired funds will be used to mass-produce Rebellions' flagship chip, the REBEL-Quad, which is designed for large-scale AI inference. The company aims to accelerate product development and expand its presence in the US, Europe, and key markets in the Asia-Pacific region. This expansion will involve hiring talent and supporting countries' efforts to develop and deploy their own AI systems.
Rebellions is positioning itself in the competitive AI infrastructure market, which is currently led by giants like Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. The startup's recent funding highlights the growing investor interest in companies addressing the demand for AI chips and computing power.
