ReDEFY Builds Salesforce Licensing Platforms for Three States

ReDEFY has built Salesforce professional licensing platforms for three states using their statutes, rules and public forms.

ReDEFY announces in a press release that it has built Salesforce professional licensing platforms for three states and expanded its Built Before the Meeting campaign to licensing agencies. Each platform is configured using the relevant state's statutes, administrative rules, fee schedules and public forms.

The systems use Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and cover online applications, credential verification, renewals, continuing education, fee collection, complaints, enforcement and public license searches. The builds include workflows for health and other regulated professions.

ReDEFY uses AI to accelerate configuration while keeping the systems within Salesforce. If an agency hires the company, its existing build becomes the starting platform for data migration, integrations, workflow changes and managed services.
