REI Systems Launches REINA AI on Salesforce AgentExchange
REI Systems has launched REINA AI, a governed-by-design AI system built on Salesforce Inc.'s Agentforce platform, announced in a press release. The solution is now available on the Salesforce AgentExchange marketplace.
REINA AI helps organizations analyze, summarize, and answer questions about complex documents such as grant applications and case files directly within Salesforce. The system maintains transparency and human oversight by providing audit-ready activity logs and respecting existing Salesforce data access controls.
Unlike single-purpose AI assistants, REINA AI is designed as a scalable agentic system that can evolve over time, allowing organizations to add new AI capabilities without re-architecting existing systems. It assists teams that manage large volumes of documents by combining AI-driven document analysis with built-in governance features.
The system also supports Salesforce partners and system integrators by offering a pre-built foundation with governance and control mechanisms. This enables faster deployment and packaging of AI-powered capabilities while maintaining compliance and accountability standards.
