ResetData Partners with Nokia for AI Data Centres in Australia
ResetData has chosen Nokia to aid in the deployment of its sovereign AI Factory facilities across Australia. Nokia's IP solutions, including the 7750 SR-1x router, will serve as a data centre gateway, facilitating high-speed data transfers while minimizing energy consumption. This collaboration is part of ResetData's initiative to establish specialized AI data centres, backed by Centuria Capital Group, with initial deployments set to begin in Melbourne's CBD suburb.
Karl Kloppenborg, CTO at ResetData, emphasized the importance of sovereign AI for Australia's competitiveness and highlighted Nokia's role as a key partner in meeting sustainability goals and scaling operations from single GPUs to full AI Factories. Nokia's involvement marks its expansion into digital infrastructure and data centre markets, aligning with its broader strategy to support AI infrastructure demands.
