Revenue Growth Agent Calls for AI Deal Intelligence Beyond Call Summaries

Sep 22, 2026
CEO Matt Oess says post call AI tools should assess buyer evidence, expose seller assumptions and identify qualification gaps rather than only produce transcripts and summaries.

Revenue Growth Agent CEO Matt Oess said in a press release that sales teams should assess post call AI tools based on whether they improve deal qualification and prepare sellers for the next buyer conversation. He said accurate transcripts and summaries do not by themselves provide deal intelligence.

Oess said these tools should compare buyer statements with a company's qualification method, sales process, products and customer evidence. They should also separate confirmed buyer information from seller assumptions and identify gaps involving business impact, stakeholders, urgency, decision criteria, timing and expected outcomes.

Revenue Growth Agent uses transcripts from existing AI note taking platforms and applies each customer's sales methods and internal knowledge. Its platform evaluates discovery calls, flags risks and recommends questions, validation steps, stakeholder engagement and relevant customer evidence.
