Revinate launches hotel data activation platform

Revinate launches a hospitality data activation platform with Pathways, Vault and an updated version of Chat, the company said in a press release. The three products are available now and use Ivy, its AI intelligence layer.

Pathways creates automated email and SMS journeys based on events such as bookings, check ins, birthdays and abandoned carts. It includes consent controls and reports reservations, room nights and other spending linked to each journey. Revinate plans to add WhatsApp support by the end of 2026.

Vault stores hotel information such as spa hours and cancellation policies. Chat uses that information to answer property specific guest questions, while questions and responses add data to guest profiles. Revinate Core combines records from integrated hotel systems into profiles that the platform uses for predictions and automated actions.
