Rising Medical Solutions Launches Ask Leah for Claims Analysis

Rising Medical Solutions launches Ask Leah, a generative AI agent available through its VISION customer platform, the company said in a press release. The tool interprets medical, financial and claim data to show how a claim has changed and where action or specialist input may be needed.

Ask Leah provides indicators for severity, compensability, financial exposure, reserves, return to work prospects and vendor coordination. An action panel presents issues with due dates and recommended next steps. The system can also flag pain management risks, comorbidities, possible surgery, litigation exposure, new diagnoses and reserve discrepancies.

Rising says protected health information remains in a secure and isolated environment and is not used to train or improve external AI models. The company plans to add conversational features for asking questions, testing scenarios and exploring possible outcomes.
