Risotto Launches Autonomous IT Engineer for IT Support

Oct 5, 2026
Risotto's new IT support agent investigates unfamiliar issues, proposes fixes for human approval, and turns successful resolutions into reusable workflows.

Risotto launches Autonomous IT Engineer, an AI support agent designed to handle complex Tier 2 requests. It examines user context and system logs, diagnoses unfamiliar problems, proposes fixes, and executes approved actions.

The agent converts successful fixes into reusable workflows. Users can describe automations in natural language, while the system builds and tests them through API or MCP connections. It can also analyze 90 days of ticket history, create dashboards and reports from live data, and run workflows based on schedules or events.

Risotto said customers typically automate 20 percent to 60 percent of all tickets and receive an initial response in under four seconds. The company's customers include Gusto, Instacart, Docker, Retool, ThoughtSpot, Jobber, Patreon, Ironclad, Hazel Health, and Fundrise.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
