RWS Named a Leader in Forrester Localization Services Report
RWS stated in an announcement that Forrester named it a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Localization Services for the third quarter of 2026. The evaluation assessed providers on their current offerings, strategy and customer feedback.
RWS received the highest possible score of 5.0 in 18 of 27 criteria. These included large language model investment and modernization, AI risk controls, cultural adaptation, regulated localization, compliance and multimodal localization.
Forrester also cited RWS for its approach to localization as AI infrastructure, AI readiness services, context handling and multimodal localization. RWS combines its language technology with a global network of language, cultural, data and industry specialists.
