Sep 22, 2026
SAIC Roewe has started mass production of the JIAYUE 07, a family SUV that combines ByteDance's Doubao language model with Momenta driving assistance. The vehicle can interpret open ended requests and control navigation, climate, seats and cabin lighting.

SAIC Roewe announced in a press release that its JIAYUE 07 family SUV has entered mass production. The vehicle uses the Doubao large language model from ByteDance's Volcano Engine to interpret open ended requests and perform tasks such as destination selection, route planning and navigation.

Doubao can also control the climate system, seats and cabin lighting. The SUV combines these cabin functions with the R7 world model from Momenta, which provides driving assistance across a journey and automatic parking.

The five seat SUV is priced at about 150,000 yuan. SAIC Roewe lists a pure electric range of 320 km and a total range of 1,480 km.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
