Saitech Delivers Liquid-Cooled Supermicro Server System to U.S. Army
Saitech announced in a press release that it has configured and deployed a million-dollar high-performance computing solution for the U.S. Army. The system features rugged, compact, and efficient liquid-cooled servers designed to handle continuous, high-intensity workloads in demanding environments.
The deployment uses Supermicro 1U servers integrated into a 42U rack enclosure engineered for durability and mobility. The configuration includes ten high-performance servers and a custom liquid cooling distribution unit (CDU L10) to ensure consistent thermal management during sustained operations.
According to Saitech, the solution enables the Army to consolidate powerful computing resources into a single, high-density rack, improving performance, thermal efficiency, and system reliability. The ruggedized design supports transport and deployment in challenging field conditions, providing enhanced computational capacity for mission-critical applications.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
