Sanas Introduces Supervised AI for Human Oversight of Customer Calls

Sanas announced in a press release Supervised AI, a platform that lets one person oversee up to four customer calls handled by AI agents. The supervisor can monitor conversations from one console, privately guide the AI, take control during a sentence and return the call to the AI without a transfer.

The platform alerts supervisors when sentiment declines, confidence drops or a compliance step requires attention. Each call begins with a disclosure that the customer is speaking with AI under human supervision. Recommendations cite their source documents, while AI actions and human interventions are recorded in an audit trail.

Sanas Supervised AI runs in a customer's own environment, private cloud or on premises. It is available by invitation, with broader availability planned for December 2026.
