Sandler Partners Adds VoicePrompts AI Phone Messaging Platform
Sandler Partners said in a press release that it signed a distribution agreement with VoicePrompts AI, giving its network of more than 10,000 technology experts access to an AI powered phone messaging platform.
The platform lets businesses create and manage phone prompts, on hold messages, voices, music, and scripts through a self service interface. VoicePrompts AI says it supports any phone system and includes more than 1,000 voices, fully licensed music, and support for more than 50 languages.
Sandler Partners said the service can be sold alongside UCaaS and CCaaS products including RingCentral, Zoom, Dialpad, Genesys, Talkdesk, Five9, and NICE. The platform also includes an Enterprise Portal for organizations with multiple locations to manage approved voices, music, and scripts from one place.
