SecondSight Closes Series A and Names Jamie Bouloux President
SecondSight closed a Series A funding round and appointed Jamie Bouloux as president, the company said in a press release. The announcement did not disclose the funding amount or identify the participating investors.
SecondSight will use the funding for product development, organizational growth and expansion beyond cyber insurance into additional lines of business. Its SHAPE system analyzes insurers' policies, premiums, claims and exposure data using quantitative models, while language models let users query the results. Customers retain ownership of models trained on their data, including model weights and audit trails.
Bouloux will lead commercial strategy, client relationships and SecondSight's insurance team. He previously served as CEO of Ryan Financial Lines and Celerity Risk, founded cyber insurance company EmergIn Risk and held leadership roles at CFC Underwriting and AIG.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
