Sentara Health Pilots GW RhythmX AI for Primary Care

Sentara Health selected GW RhythmX for a primary care pilot, the companies said in a press release. The initiative will test whether the Precision Care Platform can provide clinicians with patient specific clinical and operational information during appointments.

The platform analyzes patient histories, clinical guidelines, care gaps, social and financial factors, payer requirements and drug formulary considerations. It then provides recommendations within clinical workflows to support treatment decisions and reduce manual data review.

Sentara will evaluate the technology in its ambulatory care operations. GW RhythmX says its products are used across more than 150 health systems and reach over 85 million patients.
