Servier is standardizing customer reference data across more than 80 countries with Veeva OpenData to support wider use of AI.

Veeva Systems said in a press release that Servier is standardizing customer reference data across more than 80 countries with Veeva OpenData. The pharmaceutical company will use the unified data foundation to support AI across its global operations.

Servier will combine OpenData with Veeva Link Key People, which it already uses globally. The connected data will give its commercial and medical teams consistent information about healthcare professionals and other key people in each market.

OpenData is part of Veeva Data Cloud, alongside Veeva Link and Veeva Compass. It consolidates customer reference data to support analytics and AI applications across regions.
