Sharon AI Secures US$356 Million GPU Backed Debt Facility
Sharon AI announced in a press release a US$356 million committed senior secured debt facility backed by GPUs and associated cash flows. The facility carries a fixed interest rate of 9.95%, excluding fees.
Sharon AI will use the proceeds to deploy compute infrastructure for customer contracts. Goldman Sachs and several private credit funds participated, while Jarden Australia served as the sole financial adviser and arranger.
The company expects this to be the first in a series of GPU financing deals supporting the deployment of more than 68,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid 2027. Sharon AI said it has secured more than US$2.6 billion in institutional debt and equity capital over the past 10 months.
