Sierra Achieves FedRAMP High Certification with Knox Systems
Sierra has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) High Certification in partnership with Knox Systems, announced in a press release. The certification allows U.S. federal agencies to use Sierra's AI customer experience platform while meeting the highest federal security standards.
Sierra completed the certification process in just over two years after launch. The company’s platform enables agencies to deploy AI agents that assist citizens with services such as Medicare navigation and tax filing. Key features include multi-channel support across voice, chat, and email in 58 languages, automated monitoring, and outcome-based pricing.
Knox Systems, the federal AI managed cloud provider that partnered with Sierra, delivers FedRAMP authorization services and currently supports multiple defense and civilian agencies. The collaboration allows Sierra’s technology to be deployed securely within government environments under FedRAMP High compliance.
