SIMSY Adds Atombeam Neurpac for LiDAR Data Transfer
SIMSY will offer Atombeam's Neurpac software to customers transmitting large machine datasets over cellular networks, Atombeam said in a press release. In testing, Neurpac reduced LiDAR data sent over a cellular link by 75%, easing cellular uplink bandwidth limits.
Neurpac uses machine learning to encode and decode data patterns in microseconds. It supports sensor data, system logs, database information and SCADA data across cellular, satellite and wired networks.
SIMSY operates a private cellular network spanning more than 600 mobile networks worldwide. Its platform manages device connectivity, provisioning, monitoring, compliance reporting and automated support for autonomous vehicles, drones, robotics, industrial automation and connected devices.
