Sino Biological Introduces XPressMAX Cell Free Protein Synthesis Kit for Rapid Antibody Discovery
Sino Biological announced in a press release the launch of its XPressMAX Cell Free Protein Synthesis Kit, designed to accelerate AI driven high throughput antibody drug discovery. The kit enables in vitro protein and antibody production in as little as three hours, removing the limitations of traditional cell based systems.
The XPressMAX kit uses an E. coli lysate supplemented with transcription and translation components, allowing direct synthesis from plasmid or PCR templates. It supports the rapid expression and validation of antibody formats such as VHH, scFv, Fab, and Miniprotein. The company reports a success rate above 99 percent with native protein folding and bioactivity.
According to Sino Biological, the platform can validate more than 2,000 scFv or VHH molecules within three to four weeks, aligning with the pace of AI based screening pipelines. The launch expands the company’s reagent and CRO offerings that support research and therapeutic development globally.
