SINTRONES will present edge AI computers for transit safety, fleet management and vehicle monitoring at APTA EXPO 2026 in Chicago.

SINTRONES will demonstrate edge AI applications for public transit at APTA EXPO 2026 in Chicago from October 5 to 7, the company announced in a press release. The systems will process camera and sensor data inside buses, trains and other fleet vehicles for safety monitoring, navigation and passenger information.

The VBOX-3631 vehicle computer uses Intel Core Series 3 processors with an integrated neural processing unit. It supports fleet management, vehicle analytics, intelligent navigation and transportation monitoring.

SINTRONES will also show the IBOX-602P-IP66, a fanless computer powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX. A school bus application will use the system and two GMSL-2 cameras to detect people and potential hazards in real time. The smaller IBOX-604-G2 uses two cameras to identify people, vehicles and other objects while estimating their distance.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
