Six NHS Trusts in north central London have signed a GBP 15.6 million contract with Sectra to consolidate their imaging systems into a single cloud environment using Sectra One Cloud, improving cybersecurity and collaboration across hospitals.

Sectra announced in a press release that six NHS Trusts in north central London have signed a five-year contract to implement its enterprise imaging solution, Sectra One Cloud, as a fully managed cloud service. The agreement, valued at GBP 15.6 million, will serve approximately 1.4 million people and consolidate seven imaging systems into a unified cloud environment.

The six Trusts, forming the collaborative initiative ImageWise, will use Sectra One Cloud to create a shared and secure foundation for coordinated imaging services across London. Four of the Trusts already use Sectra’s platform. The service will initially cover radiology and breast imaging, with options to expand to other specialties as needed.

Sectra One Cloud will be fully managed by Sectra, which will handle system operations, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades. The company stated that the solution is scalable to support growing imaging volumes and can be adapted to new clinical areas as requirements evolve.
