SixFifty launched an AI agent that helps legal and HR teams follow US employment laws, update workplace documents, and complete compliance tasks.

SixFifty launched an AI agent that helps companies access employment law information and complete compliance tasks, according to the Global Legal Post. It is the company's first major release since its acquisition by Paychex, Legal Tech Daily reports.

The agent can draft and update employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment contracts. When a company hires an employee in another US state, it can identify relevant legal requirements and help file required state paperwork.

SixFifty said its employment compliance team monitored more than 440 changes across nearly 130 federal, state, and local jurisdictions during the past year. Paychex acquired SixFifty, previously owned by the law firm Wilson Sonsini, last year.
