Skydio Unveils F10 Fixed Wing Drone and Command Software
Skydio unveiled the F10 Lightrunner, its first fixed wing aircraft, alongside MegaDock and two command software platforms, in a press release. The company expects to deploy the aircraft to customers in 2027.
F10 can reach 100 mph and has a 30 mile flight radius. It uses a robotic system to launch from and land inside MegaDock, which can house up to five aircraft and support concurrent missions. The aircraft also includes SideEye cameras, Foresight autonomy software and Skydio's Airspace Assurance System.
Asset Command imports infrastructure data from GIS and CMMS systems to automate inspection planning and routing. Security Command dispatches drone fleets with live video for continuous security operations. Both platforms are available to purchase, with general availability planned for early 2027.
Skydio also introduced Controller 2, a mobile app for secure live video sharing, ThermalBoost, Low Light Enhance and an expanded Transparency Dashboard for public safety agencies.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
