SOCi Surpasses 412,000 Genius Agents for Local Marketing

SOCi says its 412,000 Genius Agents complete more than 27 million local marketing tasks annually across search, social media, reputation and customer engagement channels.

SOCi Inc. says it has deployed more than 412,000 Genius Agents for local marketing, according to a company press release. The agents complete more than 27 million tasks annually and have eliminated more than 5 million hours of manual work, the company said.

The agents manage business listings, publish local content and respond to reviews across search, AI search, social media, reputation and customer engagement channels. SOCi said its deployed agent count grew 37% in the latest quarter and could exceed 500,000 before the end of 2026.

SOCi reported that locations using the agents achieved an 8.9% annual conversion rate, 17.5% above the same customers' results before adoption. Its platform recorded a 98.7% acceptance rate for content that was ready to publish.

The company also plans to add Dynamic Pages, Conversational Surveys, Media Essentials and a Local Visibility intelligence layer with LVI and Genius Scores.
