Somnigroup Acquires Stake in Fullpower-AI, Extends Partnership
Somnigroup International has acquired a 15.6% equity interest in Fullpower-AI with a $25 million investment, announced in a press release. This strategic move strengthens their long-term partnership, which began in 2019, focusing on AI-driven sleep monitoring technology.
As part of the agreement, Tempur Sealy International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Somnigroup, has secured a multi-year extension through 2036 for exclusive rights to integrate Fullpower's Sleeptracker technology into its products.
