S&P Global Adds Visible Alpha Data to AI Data Portal

Oct 15, 2026
S&P Global has added Visible Alpha consensus estimates, financial line items and segment data to its AI Data Portal for use in financial research workflows.

S&P Global said in a press release that data from Visible Alpha is now available through the S&P Global AI Data Portal. Customers can access the data through AI applications that support the Model Context Protocol, including GPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot.

Visible Alpha standardizes working model data from more than 250 contributing sell side brokers. Its coverage includes more than 8,000 companies across over 170 industries, with consensus estimates, contributor counts, estimate dispersion, financial line items and business segment forecasts.

Deterministic Retrieval supports targeted queries for the data now. S&P Global plans to add Visible Alpha support to Adaptive Retrieval later in 2026 for workflows that retrieve and combine information across multiple datasets.
