Spectrum Adds NVIDIA AI Compute to Its Edge Network
In a press release, Spectrum said it is adding NVIDIA accelerated computing platforms to its Edge Compute Infrastructure. Spectrum says the network can access more than 1,000 owned and operated edge data centers, placing compute capacity within 10 milliseconds of 500 million connected devices in the United States.
At SCTE TechExpo 26, Spectrum is demonstrating the infrastructure with Cast AI, HP, Hydra Host, World Wide Technology, and NVIDIA. Cast AI is showing its OMNI technology with computing based on NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra, while HP is presenting Z Boost, ZGX Nano, and ZGX Fury systems for shared GPU access and enterprise edge AI development.
Hydra Host is using capacity hosted and operated by Spectrum for its AI Factory platform. Spectrum, World Wide Technology, and NVIDIA are also demonstrating distributed edge AI with a Unitree G1 humanoid robot, focusing on robotics and industrial automation workloads.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
