Stonly launches Business Process Agents that follow defined procedures to automate complex customer service work. The agents can resolve issues independently or involve human staff when approval or judgment is needed.

Stonly announced in a press release the launch of Business Process Agents, which automate complex customer service processes using the same procedures and rules as human support teams.

The agents work through structured Stonly Guides that contain process steps, decision logic, required information, policies and actions. They can collect information, select the next step, interact with connected systems and resolve issues independently.

Business Process Agents can also work alongside human staff when a process requires approval or judgment. Supported uses include troubleshooting, eligibility decisions, intake, account changes, policy based workflows and escalations.
