Stord secured a $400 million credit facility led by Citi to expand its fulfillment network and increase investment in robotics, automation, and AI.

Stord secured a $400 million credit facility led by Citi, the company said in a press release. Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, First Citizens, Citizens, and KeyBank also joined the facility, which attracted commitments worth nearly twice the amount Stord initially sought.

Together with its $250 million Series F round earlier in 2026, the facility gives Stord $650 million in new equity and credit capacity this year. Stord will use the financing to expand its fulfillment network and increase investment in commerce software, AI, automation, and robotics through Stord Labs.

The company also appointed Bill Zerella as chief financial officer and Mark Wayland as chief revenue officer. Zerella previously served as chief financial officer at ACV Auctions and Fitbit, while Wayland previously held revenue leadership roles at Box, Tanium, and Salesforce.
