The agreement has an estimated value of €525,000 (approximately NZ$1.06 million) over its expected four-year term, based on anticipated volumes. It begins with a 12-month initial term, automatically renewable up to three times unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least three months before the end of a term.

Straker stated that the company has worked with the European Union intermittently since 2022 and that this new contract continues that relationship. The company provides AI-supported language services combining technology and linguistic expertise for clients globally.
