Sunrise New Energy Rebrands as E-Power Inc. to Focus on AI Microgrid Solutions
Sunrise New Energy Co., Ltd. has announced a name change to E-Power Inc., effective February 12, 2026, to better represent its move toward artificial intelligence data center microgrid solutions, according to a press release.
The rebranding includes a new corporate identity, logo, and brand name, while maintaining the company’s existing leadership structure. The change reflects the company’s transition from producing graphite anode materials for lithium-ion batteries to developing AI-focused energy and microgrid systems.
