TELUS Digital to Implement Parloa AI Agents for Enterprises
TELUS Digital announced in a press release a partnership with Parloa GmbH to deploy AI agents for enterprise customer service operations. TELUS Digital will introduce clients to Parloa's platform and provide implementation, integration, change management, managed services and other professional services.
Enterprise clients can contract directly with Parloa for its platform and separately engage TELUS Digital for deployment and support. Parloa's AI agents can handle authentication, bookings, payments and order inquiries, then transfer conversations to human agents when needed.
Parloa's platform runs on Microsoft Azure and supports several AI models, including OpenAI's GPT models. Parloa says it builds its agents to meet compliance standards including GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2, and its platform recently earned SAP's endorsed app premium certification.
