TetraScience Launches Scientific AI Lighthouse Program with Takeda as Founding Partner
Boston-based TetraScience has launched its Scientific AI Lighthouse (SAIL) program, with Takeda as the founding partner, announced in a press release.
The SAIL program introduces a model aimed at transforming bio-pharmaceutical research and manufacturing using AI. As the founding SAIL partner, Takeda gains early access to TetraScience’s complete data and AI capabilities to accelerate AI-driven drug discovery, shorten chemistry, manufacturing, and control (CMC) cycles, enable in silico modeling, and enhance scientific productivity through agentic AI.
The initiative is designed to help bio-pharmaceutical organizations bring more products to market at lower costs and reduced risk by improving candidate quality and operational efficiency.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
