Texas Certifies Breach Secure Now AI Training

Texas has certified Breach Secure Now's AI awareness training for state and local government employees and officials during the 2026 to 2027 training year.

Breach Secure Now said in a press release that the Texas Department of Information Resources certified its AI awareness training for the 2026 to 2027 training year. Texas state agencies, local governments and K to 12 school districts can use the course to meet annual training requirements for covered employees and officials.

The AI course covers human oversight, privacy, security, transparency, accuracy, accountability and verification of AI generated information. Participants must complete a 10 question assessment to receive a certificate.

Breach Secure Now also offers a Texas cybersecurity course covering phishing, stolen credentials, social engineering, suspicious links, login requests and information sharing. Participants who score at least 80 percent receive a certificate of completion.
