Texas Instruments Debuts Nanosecond Telemetry ADC for AI Data Centers

Oct 12, 2026
Texas Instruments introduced an analog to digital converter that continuously monitors data center power rails and captures transient faults at nanosecond resolution.

Texas Instruments debuted the ADC34DSO75 for continuous monitoring of AI data center power rails at the OCP Global Summit, as announced in a press release. The analog to digital converter samples at 3 gigasamples per second and uses on chip signal processing to capture transient faults at nanosecond resolution.

The company also introduced the LMI800PS, an isolated hot swap controller for 800 V power systems. It combines an isolated bias supply and PMBus telemetry in one package, reducing board area by more than 60% compared with a design using five integrated circuits. The device supports both ±400 V and 800 V power distribution.

A third component, the LMK6B oscillator, provides timing for data center networking equipment. It records jitter of 9.6 femtoseconds at 625 MHz and is designed for transmission rates approaching 3.2 Tbps.
